    Man Jeff, you really know how to leave a guy hanging! Good potential in your closing pit with the deep spoon and whisky bottle frag! Some nice digs with Hornbush and Co. Nice three piece staff cuff as well! Don't you hate that those three piece buttons are rarely whole coming out of the ground! Thanks for sharing and HH

    what a nice and wide open field you have there to hunt .. I only wish .. Man that Staff officers cuff .. was it nice ? .. man love three ringers and CW bullets .. you mentioned a Gallagher another name I would love to know why it has that name ... I see you call a reg. 3 ringer a .58 .. cool Pit good luck with it Jeff congrats

    • @deer123able
      @deer123able  Před 7 lety

      Thanks buddy that field has been good to a few of us.. the staff was in bad shape but I,ll take it anyway.lol Most of the three ringers I find out there are .58 cal. The Gallager Carbine, designed by Mahlon J. Gallager and patented in 1860, was an American Civil War era breechloading carbine. Produced by Richardson and Overman of Philadelphia (through a Federal contract) the Gallager was one of the rarer firearms used in the conflict, with fewer than 23,000 purchased at the time. GL&HH
