Tennessee Jeff, I was watching a video from "Green Mountain Metal Detecting " (GMMD) the other day and he found a chain almost identical to the piece you found detecting with Will in this video. GMMD also thought it was some type of early bracelet jewelry. I was born and raised on a rural farm on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. I don't know how durable it is, but I have seen transfer chains on small equipment that looked similar. Hope this helps. I really enjoy your videos with Loy. In the last 6months I have gone from knowing nothing about the hobby, to being an average detector person. I owe much of my learning curve to "Diggin With Seven" videos and "Relics Radio".
