Each person has their own path they must strive on inshaAllah, so it may not be a coffee shop for everyone but yes inshaAllah we can support one another (for example you can build local business lists & relations to support one another locally after EVERY JUMMAH as Br NAK noted). May Allah SWT give you what you need to press forward thru any obstacles and succeed in the life and next ameen.
Subhaan Allah, what an amazing khutba. Been listening to Ustadth for ten years, and this is probably the most politically charged khutba I've heard. He is spot on. Muslims need power and money in order to establish justice and peace on earth. We leave it to others and corruption is spread in the land..
We as an Ummah need to starting thinking about the Ummah and not ourselves. He is so right about all of it... He always speaks my thoughts but much articulate and eloquent.
Iv been crying to Allah since Ramadan to make me a stronger Muslimah and strengthen the entire ummah so we can fight the disbelievers😢 May Allah help us. Ameen

I was going to say, we should feel guilty we failed this religion, we failed to be good examples for disbelievers, we failed to guide the humankind to kindness that's why we are cruelty from them because we failed to show mankind the love God showed us.

The rude parenting of my parents and the beating and punishments given to me by the usthadhs that i learned quran and memorrized quaran made me feel aggressive and feel hatred towards the quran..
But the beautiful approach of Nouman sir teaching islam is making my heart feel the comfort of islam.. May Allah grand u the greatest of paradise and the other teachers and scholars of islam to teach this blessed religion in a beautiful manner.

Something that we can all do to build our ummah: mentor a young/junior brother or sister in the field you work in, whether it’s business, medicine, politics etc. And do it for free. If each one of us mentored just one person starting out, imagine how many leaders in our ummah we can make. And stop using the excuse that you arent good enough to be a mentor. Remember Allah swt has given each one of us a unique talent. And those we mentor tend to become even more skilled than we were.

Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A person should not enter into a transaction when his (Muslim) brother has already negotiated, nor should he make a proposal of marriage when that of his brother is pending, except with the permission of the latter."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لا يبع بعضكم على بيع بعض، ولا يخطب على خطبة أخيه إلا أن يأذن له" ((متفق عليه، وهذا لفظ مسلم))
Thoughts provoking yet again from sheikh may Allah continue to increase you in beneficial knowledge and wisdom as u impact us muslims by Allah's
