Are you creating video content? Remember you can always start from people you know, let them try it and they’ll go along with the flow. After a wild you might start seeing those kind of results. Also if you have a website, work A LOT on it because at least for clothes that’s where we all go when we want to know. I hope it helps :)
First big issue with your inquiry; NOTHING is guaranteed. I'm a magician, filmmaker and comic book creator and despite the best ad/marketing campaigns I'm never guaranteed a consistent revenue or audience. (Just look at the movie SHAZAM 2 for an example).
If you violate policies, which can happen unintentionally so its important to research what the policies are. You can't say "weight loss" for example, or have income claims. Cometimes its minor things that can get you flagged
