I am not really sure about the first , third but second should be doubt and last should be speed.

Thanks for pointing that out.
I think that's in the heat of the moment. Since it is time based test, you don't really notice what other movements are happening.
To answer your question, No you don't get extra marks for moving your mouse frequently.

There are plenty of tools online where you can practice Duolingo.
The one that I used mostly are Dreamy DET and DETPractice.
i am getting 85 to 95 in practice test i need 120 in certified test what should i do

Mainly students face issues with achieving good production score. In that case, make sure you understand the writing and speaking question. Secondly, make sure that you answer what is being asked. For example, if there are 3 sub question in a question, make sure that you are answering them specifically at first.
Learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary.
Try to learn some linking words as they would make your sentences complex. try forming your answer in the Intro+Main idea +conclusion for both speaking and writing answer. Basically, check out how I form the writing answer in my current and other practice test videos.

So my question is how do we get a duolingo result in paper like we do get in ielts test.??

To my knowledge, like IELTS, I don't think you get a paper result mailed to you after your test.
But once the results are out, there is a certificate with marks and your photo on it which you can print.
I can score 125 to 135 in practice, can I give an exam?
my requirement is 120.
Hello,
Practice test score cannot be corelated to score on certified test.
Practice tests are just meant to give students feel about how the actual test will be and what should they expect.
Score on certified test completely depends on your ability to answer all the question types.
If you feel confident with your practice and English skills, you should do fine in the certified test.

I have heard that the score in the mock test is 40 marks less than the actual test score.
I got 115-125 today, does that mean I will get 85 score in the actual test?

In my opinion, there is no correlation between marks you get in practice test vs certified test.
Your actual marks totally depend on how well you answer the questions.

Again, I would like to reiterate that marks in practice test does not guarantee you anything.
The performance on your certified test will tell you if you would score better than the practice test or not.
You can score even more than the practice test score range if you perform that well.
When we will get our score after giving this DET practice test ???

There are chances that looking anywhere other than screen can lead to Invalidation.
It is always recommended to keep your eyes on the screen not only for speaking section but for entirety of test.
