I have a iPhone 6 and the action button doesn't work any tips?

is this good with eyeglasses? How good does the bluetooth controller work?
The headset fits comfortably with most glasses, but it is sometimes dependent on your specific frame.
Action button does not work i have an iphone 7 plus i have tried putting paper towels inside the vr to lift the phone to maybe get the action button closer to the phone but nothing works what is the deal with that?????
Is there a way to make it work or is the one i have possibly defective

the one i purchased doesnt have the button on top, and Google cardboard keeps asking me to press the button... any help?
there is diferent modles and the one without botton has a control

Yes, it does!
My input button is not working. I'm able to press it but it does not reach the screen on my phone. I tried to gradually change its position but it has never worked. I'm using a iPhone 6.

Not really sure why but my Asus Zenfone 2 (5.5") doesn't fit. It's not really stable on the trail :(
Since it's a thicker phone, we recommend removing the back padding from the phone holder. If you have any other issues, please email us at support@myretrak.com

Jive Talk Me too, I think think they re-released the headset and discontinued the 1st model, I kinda feel like I got ripped off because I thought I was buying the best. They avoided your comment as well.
