Cheers Broony, loved watching you and the other lads at Hibs. We had a great side then under Mowbray, brilliant attacking team. Proper team player, left us the right way, good fee, scored the winner against Celtic in his last game before joining them. Showed the hibs support the utmost respect every time Celtic pumped us 🙂

Really nice to see & listen to such a relaxed Broony, a real Broony. To some he was the anti-Christ that brought out their worst side. Deep down though, I think that nearly everyone that follows Scottish football respected what Broony achieved in his career, the standards he set & his ability to get the most out of his team mates.

Scott brown a absolute Celtic legend. A will be totally honest when we knew he was coming to Celtic a wasn’t happy cos a thought he wasn’t good enough tbh. He was a stand out at Hibernian but the players Celtic had at the time a genuinely was thinking he won’t get in the team. I’m glad to say he proved me wrong big time. For me he has been and will always be my favourite captain. He always turned up in the big games especially the old firm. He used to wind the huns up every game. A love seeing him talk and reminisce about his time as captain I’m Scottish history. Brownie bhoy a hope your managerial career goes well for you and maybe one day a Celtic manager.

I am a Hibs fan, the only club bigger than Celtic in the UK is Man Utd. There is a lot of ignorance down south but Celtic have a mssive fanbase around the world too with the Irish/Scottish diaspora. Put them in the EPL and with the money they would be challenging for the title and gettting to later stages of the champions league.

Souness has such an esteemed place in English football, world football at that, that it's interesting to hear a different perspective of Jack's game. We have such a short perspective as fans. The media's need for a constant stream of new content, of new hot takes, feeds us thusly. A lack of or a dip in current form plays so well into our thirst for the negative, even when it may be a touch unfair. Hope the nick he picked up in Belgrade doesn't keep the lad off the pitch now that he's on a bit of a roll. We are so much more difficult to play against when Jack's demanding playing time.

If Celtic and Rangers were moved into the Premier League and given access to PL finances then we would be pushing top four after a few seasons WITHOUT QUESTION. The players we could attract would be on a totally different level and we’d have the best atmospheres in the league by an absolute MILE! Celtic and Rangers have outgrown Scottish football and it’s time for that challenge to be laid down 🏴🍀🏴

Never happen, sadly. Unless the pro game collapses in Scotland. UEFA won't allow the OF to decline if that happens. If it happened, we'd only attract top players if we paid them more than the English clubs. Foreign players will go to Fulham over Man U if the money's better. The OF should have gone south in the 80s when football was dying. Missed the boat. The only other chance of it happening is more places in the Champion's League for EPL clubs. The top 4 has so much competition at the moment, the last thing England's top teams want is 2 new clubs that'll make it tougher. THAT is the biggest obstacle. The only other potential route in is if the TV money declines, considerably. If that happened, Sky could demand it. And they'd get it.
But don't Celtic hate the British and specifically the English? - why would they want to play in the English league if they hate them so much? - Rangers yes ok, that's understandable
