Celebrating my one year kidney transplant with my beautiful donors!!!

I had been doing dialysis for 6 1/2 and was beginning to feel absolutely drained of energy, of hope and basically my spirit was broken. A friend suggested that I create a post on FB and I did...a woman name Chaya contacted me and said, "I'll help you find someone"...I was skeptical - I grew up in the hood and so why would this woman help me...well, within a week I was told I had a donor....here is the how that played out.
