Hey Dan!!! I started this challenge 2 days back and must say it's really tough & rewarding at the same time 🔥😅BTW I'm a mother of two toddlers with C sec tummy. I've been doing your workouts for the past one month, Workouts are very challenging especially HIIT one's but I can see n feel that it's working (my body is changing) . Why I can't get six packs and abs at all or showing signs of six pack?
It requires a lot of consistency. Results will start to show after a month at least. You will not have a six pack but you'll definitely see improvement.
