    I’m making hamburger buns today and, for the first time, I used your technique of pinching off the dough from the bowl rather than turning it out on the counter and cutting it with a bench scraper. It works so well! Thank you so much for the tip!

    These turned out great! I used the egg variation and was running out the door so barely kneaded the dough at all (only a tiny bit by hand when I added the starter). I also reduced the honey to about 1 Tbsp. They were so soft and delicious! I'll be making them regularly for sure!

    My granddaughters wants to make their mother’s favorite things to eat and one is these rolls with ham and poppyseed. These fit the bill. It’s will be two years since she left use and we cook all her favorite meals on her birthday

    Beautiful bread! I want to start making my sourdough but not quite right now, we are renovating ourselves.
    Coud I use regular instant yeast? Than you so much!!

    can you make these and after the first rise, shape and put them in the fridge and then let them rise and bake the next day?

    Delicious! And again, your calming style with no chitty-chat is SO appealing and appreciated! Did I hear you say in one video that you have 8 children? My husband is from a family of 8, and his mom baked all their bread.
