  • You can't please everyone. That's life. But when a customer gets upset, there's no need for you to do the same. Even if you-or your store-make a mistake, great customer service doesn't have to go out the window. You're best off taking a deep breath and trying to turn a negative complaint into a positive experience. To make things right, think of these three simple steps: Apologize, Listen, and Fix.
