Perfect for my son's school project. Thanks!
You are so beautiful and lovely presentations. Thank you so much! 💓
I reaaaaally really like henna, and I'm so happy that I get to color my hair while at the same time make it stronger and healthier. Try adding cassia and aloe vera powder to your mix because they seriously make the biggest difference. 🌿
Hi Rose Baby! I’m trying to find contact info for you, I work for Morrocco Method Int’l haircare and would love to send you some of our henna dye to try!
Hi! I love your color and I am really hoping mine will turn out like your color! I’ve never used henna and I’m excited. What measurements did you use for each? The henna looks like about a cup and the tbsp’s or so for the others. How much indigo did you use? 2 cups?
Thank you!

Your hair is getting healthier and stronger MashAllah.
Thank you, Lamya! That’s why I love using henna it’s definitely a long process but totally worth it.
I know this is more involved than regular hair dye, but it looks like its worth the effort.
I totally agree. ♥️♥️

Oh, thank you so much, Lia! ♥️ So glad you enjoyed those videos! The wooden bowl in this video is from Marshals. Every once in a while I find a unique item like this. 🥰
I’m new here! What color of henna for dark brown
Please tell me the ratio of henna and indigo
SuperGirl!😋
Hello, thank you so much for your videos. Can you tell me what kind of shampoo and conditioner you use to help care for your hair and protect your henna dye? Thank you.
I’m honestly not too picky about my shampoo as far as it’s color safe and has no sulfates, silicones, dyes and parabens I’m okay with it. I also always switch it out right now I’m using SheaMoisture but just finished my Nexxus shampoo.
Where are you from? Love your videos.Hope this one step process will work???
Thank you Huma. I’m from Syria 🇸🇾😊. I really hope it works out for you and you get good results.
Which makes the hair softer, cassia or aloe vera? Or both? Im looking for softness but if i can avoid buying both and just buy 1 i'd prefer that. Thank you
Hi . There is a problem if I put henna with indigo for more than three hours, for example, six hours
Do you do any face yoga? Lo your chin and neck area are goals! 😂
Love your channel . I try this and my white roots turn green ? Is it because I have city water?
What is your natural hair colour? What colour are you reaching for? What mix did you use? How long did you have it in your hair?
Did this get too dark for you? You switched to other henna for root touch up. What is your favorite please?
Are we not leaving henna overnight
Can I add egg to henna ?
Ee brand henna ekkada shorukuthundhi plz cheppansi
How long for do u leave just the henna batch to set for?I saw u leave indigo for 15 mins, but what about the henna?ppl leave it overnight?
Is there any recommendation on how to apply henna first time on chemically dyied hair?
Возможно, я могу Вам помочь. Какого цвета Ваши волосы сейчас?
i do it today but my hair turns green can u help me plz
I'm a guy and I have short dark blonde hair with a lot of gray hairs.
What would you advise trying out to natrually dye the such hair?
• Cassia
• Cassia + Amla
• Cassia + Amla + a little bit of Indigo to make it darker?
I would appreciate your help, this is a total new topic for me and I would not like to make a mistake at the beginning, and I want to try it out :)
I would recommend you start by mixing henna with cassia first, this could be good enough to give you nice light blonde highlights. Amla powder is also good to tone down the red in the henna so maybe try it next. You can also try mixing your paste with Chamomile tea or coffee instead of just water to enhance the hair color more. If your still not happy with the color and you want to be darker, you can use Indigo, just remember indigo should only be used with henna in the one step process or in the two step processes. If you want to try it start with a very small amount maybe 80% henna and 20% indigo in one step mix, because you can always add more the next time to darken your hair but you can’t go lighter once you darken your hair.
Did this work for you? And if not What did you do to gray hair? I suffer from the same problem and it affects my psychology a lot
Hiiii!! 😀😀😀😀Thank you so much for this video!!! Question for you. What if the 2nd step organic indigo powder that you added salt and water to doesn't turn indigo color before you apply it on the hair??? 😥😭😭😭😭😭 Usually, the indigo powder turns indigo/bluish within 10 mins of mixing the indigo powder, salt and water, however, this time it remained green at the time of application on my hair. I didn't cover the mixture at all with plastic wrap to allow for dye release before applying it on my hair.🌐Will it still turn my hair black? Thank you so much if you can reply. 😊🙏
Pretty girl ❤
Hi Rose,
Hope you are doing well.
I have too much greys want to stop chemical on my hair.
So I started Henna 2 steps application.
Q- Can I use electrical heat cap after application of henna?
Also I have lots of hair fall.
I’m using Derma roller- is it safe for scalp.
Pls reply.
Yes, from my experience, the heat helps put more color into your hair faster, that’s why I always wear a beanie even in the summer time. So if you want to use your electric heat cap first try it for an hour and see your results, so the next time you can wear it longer if your are in a hurry, because even with no heat you will still get the color but the heat makes the process faster. Sorry, but unfortunately I don’t know much about derma roller.
Ok thanks for your reply.
How do you manage the hair near sideburns? No matter what, they are always grey.
It’s rubbing off or not staying moist long enough. Make enough just for those spots, then take smaller strips of plastic wrap and cover for 3-4 hours.
Hi Rose
Let me start off by saying I love all of your videos and most definitely I love your hair.
I'm Lebanese and this is my first time using henna and indigo my hair color is salt and pepper and I would like to color it (Dark chocolate and add little Burnette highlights to it)
Can you please answer those questions for me:
1) When do i need to use 2 steps of henna which we need to apply henna and wait up to 72 hours then we apply indigo?
2) When do i need to use one step which includes henna and mix it with indigo like what you just did in this video?
3) Which color of henna do I need to use to get to the (dark chocolate) and what do I need to add to get the Burnett highlights? how can I apply it
4) Since this is my first time using Hanna do I need to do step 2 or step 1 at this point?
Please advise
Thank you in advance
Ahhh thank you so much. 💞 It truly is an honor & pleasure to make these videos and share them with you all!
With henna it’s really all about experimenting because everyone’s hair is different. I would recommend you start with the one step process and see how you like your hair, you may need a second step to darken the color. You can always do the second step to your grays only if the rest of the hair got good color from the first step.
The Henna Guys brand has a variety of colors that you can choose from like The Mahogany color is beautiful and you might like that one for a brunette highlights.
If you want to make your own recipe then buy 100% pure henna and mix it with beetroot juice and or red clay, and see how you like that color. If you want a darker color mix henna with indigo start with a 50/50 ratio and adjust as needed. Be careful with the indigo because it could darken your hair more than what you’d like, so always start small and adjust.

I want to try this to get cool darkest brown but scared it will be reddish or black. What do you suggest
Did you find a solution? Please reply
How many time we can do henna in hair
No limit. It's safe to use as often as you like. 😊
Is it ok to apply henna to hair that was chemically dyied for decades?
No it's not good for hair
It's ok but if your hair is too light it's going to affect final result and it can turn more red. But you can just keep building up with henna and indigo to reach desired shade.
How long does the colour stay for?
For me I find the color stays on my my hair for a long time it gets lighter but it doesn’t go away, but after 4-6 weeks my grays will need a touch up because of the new growth.
Shikakai is shampoo no need to shampoo again
Can we use it next day if it remains anything or do we have to make new batch
Yes, you can freeze your paste and it will last for months with no demise at all! When you are ready to use it just thaw it out and you are good to go.
@@RoseBaby even if I mix with indigo also no probs
@@nazarudeenhaneefa2024
Yes, but freezing indigo means that it probably won't work as well, it will loose some dyeing effects, so you'll need to put more indigo in the mix when you want to use it again.
I'm Indian and heena is easy to find but it makes me cold and runny nose so I'm searching chemical free hair colour. 😢
You add cloves it gives heat
