    Only recently found your stuff, loving it so far. Been doing kettlebells for years and definitely was one of the guys following those "synchronized flashy IG posts". But then I started doing Pavel's programs and they seem to work a lot better. I see you're big on snatches, will have to try to improve those as well.

    This was good. I appreciate doing the fancy figure 8 to rack and/or holds or some swing to flipping hand transfers for some hand eye coordination and dexterity. I also appreciate doing heavy get-ups and snatches, or smoking yourself through some heavy volume sets of man-makers. That is what is great about kettlebells. There is an endless amount of work you can do to mix up your training so you never get bored or stagnant. I try to set my goals to make me stronger and more enduring at my job (diesel mechanic). Kettlebells, some heavy tire, and sledgehammer training seem to do that for me. Thanks for what you do.

      Absolutely! I was the biggest I ever was training strongsport which is 2 min each side. One arm long cycle. Competed at wkc worlds in 2013 with a 44kg.

    I own 1 20lb kettlebell. I am attempting strength training after my 200lb weight loss. I want to utilize the swing on my off lift days. your channel has me wishing I could afford more bells lol
