Fun fact. This game was the blueprint to the Ultimate Alliance series. Just like X-Men Children of the Atom kickstarted the Marvel vs Capcom series. I often have to remind myself how massively popular the X-Men were in the 90s and early 2000s.
And it's still better in the rpg department.
Your starting to become one of my favorite CZcamsrs to watch with the variety of content you have on your channel especially covering a underrated game like X-men legends but X-men legends 2 Rise of Apocalypse is far superior game but glad to see someone covering this gem of a game

I just got a ps2 so I could replay X-men legends 1 and 2, Ultimate Alliance, Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, and Ultimate Spider-Man. I used to be hooked on those five games

Yall gotta play Marvel Nemesis, underrated gem, and it has VS mode
If you gonna do a full play through make sure upgrade is Wolverine healing factor and bleed damage ability and Cyclops laser beams trust me you gonna need it for the 1st and 2nd boss fight also . Rough,Jean and storm also upgraded their flying abilities and also ice man
If you're going to use Storm or Jean's Shield boost for the team , Healing isn't vital for Wolverine. Sharpness yes , Healing not as much.
One point into flying is all you need , the carry skill isn't useful enough to build up, you have other skills that are far more necessary to build.

It’s sad that X-Men Legends 1 didn’t get a PC port, but the second game did.
That aside, X-Men Legends walked so Marvel Ultimate Alliance could run, however Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 and 3 had practically no association or input from Raven Software. If anything, Marvel Ultimate Alliance was a Psuedo-entry for X-Men Legends 3.
Kinda wish we got an X-Men Legends 3, even if it wasn’t made by Raven Software
