Good to see you and your girlfriend. That's actually cheap if some of these mansions were around £1 million. Here in the US mansions like that would cost you several million in the coastal states. I looked up some of the homes where you were and was surprised that most of them were valued under £2 million. When you visit California or Florida you'll see mansions that cost $10 or $20 million or more. They are very common there.

BTW, the New York place is called The Billionaire’s Row.. not Millionaire Row… since most of the people that live there are billionaires.

The big houses are well protected at the front, it's the rear they need to think about. Access from the bin lanes or whatever is back there.

Eddy, wherever you go in the UK there are really expensive areas and poor areas, I think your girlfriend was nearer the mark, some of those houses would have been upwards of a couple of million, we can always dream, you should have a drive around Sutton Coldfield.

The top half of Billesley Lane in Moseley (B13) is real nice, most of them over £1m easy.
Your misses is way out with her pricing, that first road you went through starts 2 .2 mill. Being a Bluenose if I had money I'd be heading for Knowle or Dorridge, Four Oaks/Sutton Coldfield is the villa side. 💙Kro💙

yep put the road in Zoopla, even do a google search that will tell you I think you are both way out, Harborne and Edgbaston way pricey.... used to be Dr's, Solicitors, Accountants that lived out that way....Farquhar Rd, have a couple for sale £2 million for 5 bedrooms..1 on Woodbourne sold in 2011 for £3, 6 million ..when your channel grows a wee bit bigger you will be in with a chance....
