🤣🤣🤣 you're a good student and you're most welcome 🥰
This video is really informative. There are indeed many places you can get affordable houses in Birmingham. The most important thing is getting somewhere that you can easily access your work place and is also close to city centre. You are indeed doing a great job.
Thanks for sharing sis, it will help those looking towards Birmingham.

🥰🥰🥰
Very helpful, thank you. I'm considering moving to Birmingham.
I want to move to England in a few years from America,I am interested in Manchester or Birmingham. I heard that housing in London is very expensive
Our international information minister, weldon sis
I want to let you know that you are doing a great job with your videos I'm currently in the UK I found your videos so helpful and informative, I will be moving to Birmingham by next month. I hope to see you
Don't move to Birmingham not nice not for everyone.
Longbridge is the best place in my opinion. Totally redeveloping into a really cool place. Just go to Herberts yard on a sunny Saturday and take a look.
Shelly Oak is awful btw. Might as well call it China town.
Waiting patiently
🥰🥰
Great information my dear
Nne I wonder why I'm seeing this now. Yes in everything is good to pray for good place, good environment and good neighborhood. Uk a lovely country and it was interesting watching and knowing all this places in Birmingham.
Walsall is a very cool place..(Its always gives me GRA /Estate vibes) I'm not sure if I could stay anywere else🙈..Its extremely serene and peaceful in comparison to the hussle and bustle of the the city centre. The only disadvantage sometimes is the job opportunity as it pays the most for those who are mobile😒
Yes! Walsall is indeed a great place, I’ve been there a couple of times.
Edbaston the " posh " side, there is also the " other " side lol 🤣🤣
I love your smiles
Thank you
Nne thanks a million for all your videos
You're welcome 😊
God bless you!
Amazing video
Thanks love
Thanks 😊 for sharing how are you 😊 😘
Thanks dear...
You're welcome
Alot of buses goes from Birmingham to Dudley. Far more than 2
I'd avoid Selly Oak because it's a student area there's been lots of burglaries and theft there.
AkA China town these days
Excellent video Ugonma, you are really giving valuable information on your channel. New subscriber here, jisike nnem.
Thank you very much 😊
You missed Sutton Coldfield . It is the poshest part of Birmingham and Sutton Park is the largest urban park in the UK.
The Sutton Coldfield suburb of Four Oaks is the safest place in the whole of Birmingham.
There is a massive shortage of council housing in Birmingham as in the rest of the UK, you need to register with the council then bid on each property , the waiting list is long.
Sutton Coldfield is very racist area like many areas are in Birmingham are segregated with divisions locals are very unfriendly and older generations in Birmingham are very racist and not tolerant.
Ugo you are beautiful 😊
all parts of Birmingham have their good sides and bad sides, Solihull and the areas you mentioned have been targeted for car thefts and other crimes, but areas that are looked down on can have lovely streets and neighbours, its best to go to the area and look at the streets nearby to where you plan on renting
Really?
@@ijayokey yes, some parts of the areas you mentioned are called no go areas because gangs are all over Birmingham, people have been stabbed in Acocks Green, Birmingham live website is good to look at for local crime information
Birmingham is not very community or friendly areas in Birmingham are segregated and divided lots of racism and racist locals.
It’s the ummmmm for me 😂 yes oo I love this video Oya let’s watch ooo…. Are council house’s eligible to everyone ?? Especially those on tier 2 ? Heard a lot about that jewelry quarter but it’s expensive oo love love this video well detailed ❤are you serious I heard that it’s a village oo I mean solihull 😮
No, council houses aren’t eligible to everyone. If you are on tier 2 its highly unlikely you will be eligible as you are not able to claim benefits/government funds and council houses are provided by the local council via government funding.
@@Cavallibabe thank you very much ❤️❤️
No nne. Solihull has a touch of city and rural life. They even have thier own city centre
@@UgonmaOgbuanu aha no be small thing oo thank you ☺️
Out of the list. I would avoid Aston and Handsworth if possible
I’m from Birmingham. And they haven’t been the best areas for me
Kings Norton, Sheldon maypole ,Northfield, Sutton Coldfield Kings heath, Kingstanding ,Bartley Green are very racist areas of Birmingham
This video is really informative. Thank you so much. I have a question please, when applying for jobs and it asks if you are eligible to work in the UK, do you choose yes? I have a few where I selected no and it said I cannot proceed with my application. That was a little frustrating. It would be nice to get a little clarification. Thank you.
If you're in your home country then tick No cos you're not eligible to work in UK without a sponsorship visa
This your skin is skining. What’s your secret? Also what app do u use for your video editing? And Tnx for this useful information.🥂👏
hello sis, is the rental estimation ur giving for 2 bedrooms?
Hi from New Zealand - my wife and I are coming to Birmingham 2023… thanks for helping me understand the suburbs … great job!!!
Did you enjoy. my home city of Birmingham?
@@spirituallysafe we will be arriving In November, and I am sure I will enjoy it !!
@@richardhilson2439 Go visit Winterbourne House & Gardens in Edgbaston 😀
What about Wolverhampton west midlands pls
Unfortunately, you have focused on one half of the city. You left out desirable areas such as Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Castle Bromwich, Castle Vale, bromsgrove, Sheldon, Yardley, Hall Green etc... Just to mention a few. The best way to have a good view of Birmingham is to follow Bus 11A and 11C full circle.
If you had listened well, you'll hear when I said the places I mentioned is from personal knowledge and experience and asking people I know that reside in these areas
Please ensure you do due diligence before making such videos in the future. It wouldn't hurt to have done some more research before coming out. Some people may not be able to read between lines and will just take whatever you have said, hook line and sinker!
We just got here and we are still trying to get a place but I don’t want to stay anywhere close to the city centre
In that case, you have lots of options. Places that are not close to the centre
Harborne is a very nice place to stay, it's a very calm area, and that is where I reside currently. #GoUs 🤣
Boring areas like most areas of Birmingham are boring, and people are old fashioned, and many are not friendly locals are backwards and uneducated people are miserable in Birmingham.
Can't wait for the video
🥰🥰
Yes, council houses and housing association homes are cheaper, but it’s not easy to get one, they are provided by the government to the most needy (low income families, homeless and vulnerable people) and the waiting list is extremely long.
Wow stay here in the USA,wow u.k nd USA 🇺🇸 doing same thing
Yea. Quite right. I also heard that if your visa states NO RECURS TO PUBLIC FUND, you are not entitled.
Exactly! They are not for rent. They are given for free. If you pay rent it means you are dealing with a private landlord. It takes on average 7 years to get a council house.
@@temitayoomosalewa3835 that's true. Many visas stop you accessing certain services. Council houses are not for rent. They are free for the most needy people. For the poor if you like. It takes on average 7 years to get a Council house in the 🇬🇧
@@diopfifi4937 rent is paid to the council, either in person or through housing benefit but yes rent is paid to the council.
Darling council houses are not for rent. You get them for free. You apply from the local council and wait for years to get one. Anyone who rent out a council house is committing a crime. 😂
No, you still have to pay where you can pay. My auntie pays rent on a council flat.
Yes, I am here. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
🥰🥰
Some parts of harborne is nice and some parts are horrible trust me
Birmingham locals are not friendly areas are segregated and divided people are not integrated attitudes and behaviour have changed in Birmingham.
You didnt mention Erdington
I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU. I sent You a mail but you have not responded. Thank You
Did you take your family with you
Hahaha 😂🤣 she said to pray to God.
Lol. Na so now.
I’m telling you I’m not an agent.
Nne eh, ikekwuru. Someone after watching this video still came to ask me to help her get accommodation 🙄
