Loved Ren and Stimpy my whole life but didn't find out until a few days ago that it was at the time the first cartoon in over 30 years to not be based off of an existing property and be creator driven which probably makes it the most important cartoon of all time in terms of modern animation.

I have to wonder though; when Spümcø went bust, what ever happened to all those unused layouts, storyboards and miscellaneous artwork for these unfinished cartoons? Also have to wonder how many cartoons (jimmy, george liquor, etc) were in various states of completion but never got made past the animatic stage
He kept them, sometimes he still auctions them.

Tf, does Chris Chan have anything to do with this video ??? John seem to not really care for any of the other Looney Tunes directors apart from Bob Clampett (and a bit of Robert McKimson). DUH, of course he didn't wrote majority of the episodes of his own cartoon because he was fired early on. He did wrote most of the Season 1 and 2 episodes, though.

He did not only write 6 episodes, lmao. He was the main force of the entire first two seasons, and it shows. The rest are the Games episodes which are considered to be sh*t by almost everybody.
