It’s a place where you and I can chat.
I’ll never sugar coat, lie, or beat around the bush. I’ll tell you everything exactly as I see it. Some stuff you might like. Others you might not.
And that’s totally cool.
Either way, my goal here is to create a discussion. A place where you and I can get together, exchange ideas, and motivate each other to be better every day.
Like I said, we’re gonna drink a lot of coffee together - borderline dangerous amounts - but I’m excited. Because there aren’t too many online communities in which the sole purpose is to inspire and motivate one another.

The problem attributed to loading with more then one plate or heavier load...
Then you should be doing bench or weighted dips. Or buy a weighted vest. Use your brain.
the point isn't doing bench, its doing heavy weighted pushups as an alternative or supplementary exercise to the bench
Grab a rope (small but strong) and tie the plates in the middle hole. Put 45s in the bottom and any lower size weights on top. Make sure that the rope is tight. Put the plates starting from the ground, halfway to your glutes or love handle. It essentially is hanging halfway on your body and halfway on the floor. Then roll your body to the side and then back to plank position whilst using 1 arm to move the weight onto your your glutes/lower back. Then adjust the weight with your arm and glutes to your lower/upper back and your set.
It essentially is a semi-roll. This is pretty good for 3 plates and possible for 4. It gets annoying past 3 but doable. But I wouldn't do this past 4 since it's just a pain in the ass. I did this mainly for weighted planks but this should work great for pushups. Plus, I recommend getting good at the weighted plank with this method because it turns your core into pure steel and you do not need a 2nd person.
I remember reading about a method using a bench for getting into weight from bodybuilder forums a long time ago. I don't remember how it's done since I never used it but you can look it up if that's something that you think you would more to your liking.
