    You do all the balance my special PT has taught me . I had many falls before I was with this PT. I can do all the moves he taught me and it has really helped. I like that you do the same ones that is why i subscribed to your videos. Thank you so much.

    Stand on toes,2,leg out,3 stand from chair, sit,4 weight shift 5 single leg stand

    Heel raises or raises on toes,10 x3 ./daily .2. Hip abduction , raise leg to outside, right , left sides.3, hands across chest, squat on chair,4,weight shift ,20 each side,5single leg standing.
