So... are these exclusive to being in the closed alpha? Or will this be the first "battlepass" when the game comes out

I assume as it says 'Test-Exclusive, Permanent Unlock' it is available only during the alpha test. Though maybe they might bring them back for the beta test. I don't know for sure.
