I like that it wasn't an ending where she had to take the throne from Milena. Instead she backed her sister and fought for her.
The prior timeline kitana wasn't even interested being a queen
I just enjoy that they are real sisters and do care for each other

There was a pre-match convo where Liu Kang advise Kitana keeps Countess Jade close. Countess Jade is probably an ally of the royal family.
I have a feeling Jade and Tanya swapped places, and this time Jade will be the evil one.

Jade will probably be Kitana's Master of Arms, someone who trains the troops and is second in line to lead them if Kitana were to die.
@@blueaddiction6954 That was only in MKX. In the original timeline, Tanya sacrificed Edenia to Shinnok to save her own ass.
The fact that Kitana and Mileena are finally good sisters is pretty much the only thing I like about this game.
It's the only idea of worth they've tried, and it's not even new.

Maybe Kotal and Jade will challenge Mileena for the empire. At this point, someone has to be evil. Almost everyone is good in Liu Kang's timeline.

Kitana's status as General of Mileena's army is likely only the first step on a journey to greatness. Napoleon rose from soldier to sovereign. If Mileena eventually becomes the monster we remember, despite what we see in her now, Kitana will probably overthrow her corrupted sister before she ruins Outworld.

Kitana is now a General tbh this was more Kitana she was more of an Soldier 🪖🪖🪖🪖 and Mileena gets to finally be QUEEN glad they protect each other
I understood the real reason why Kitana decided to assist her sister in becoming Empress instead of taking that position herself. Kitana in this timeline is a liberal, while Mileena in this timeline follows a more royal lifestyle but unlike her sister , she doesn't like to be constrained by the rules of royalty. In the story, Kitana behaves more naturally, she showing no signs of interest in the throne, when accompanying her sister during the visit to Sang Tsung's lair, she appeared to be very active in moving and interacting with other characters in that arc. It turns out that compared to sitting on the throne, going on expeditions, and carrying the huge burden of building and leading the nation, Kitana now does not like to be constrained by this position but wants to be more free to attack the battlefield.❤

Free Shao he did nothing wrong
Shao got nerf so bad he got mid diff by raiden(without eldergod), scorpion with his hand cuffed, and kitana.
That's one of my only complaints about mk1 so far, it was hard to take him seriously as a threat after getting his ass kicked that many times.
Lore-wise it's accurate, since in the previous timeline, he's the son of an Elder God.
Now that he's only the son of an Outworlder, his stats shouldn't be as high as the previous.

Liu Kang made sure he was weak. Shang Tsung was a literal bum because Liu Kang hated him.
That's the whole point. Liu Kang tried to *Neutralize* some aspect so he design some character like Quan Chi, Shang Tsung and Shao Kahn to be weak.
I’m like the only one who doesn’t like good Melina. I miss empress Katana, and everyone dunking on Melina.
