@ericjanickifitness do you do a bro split or PPL? Your videos target only 1 muscle group at a a time (ex. Back, quads, chest, biceps). I tried doing your back and bicep exercises in 1 "pull" workout, but there were so many exercises that I was in the gym for 3 hours and was exhausted afterwards. So just wondering what is the best way to follow your training? Thanks so much, i love your content!

I have been following a bunch of fitness influencers. I started following Kali muscle but he turned out to be a chump! Eric is in another league the way he explains and performs exercises is top notch! I have never heard of alot of the exercises that he does for all bodyparts, but has given me new exercises to try to make new gains in size.

Thanks Eric was looking for something like this. Wanted to use reduced weight to avoid injury but couldnt get the same burn. Turns out time under tension + reduced rest time is a winner. Been following for a couple weeeks but look forward to each new video. Thanks again for being so detailed in your description of each muscle group.

I tried those lying cable curls last week! Once I couldn’t do any more full reps I sat up like you did and did more reps until partials and bottom drag curls! I have never felt this kind of deep burn in my biceps and I typically trash my arms! lol After the set I was like woooow! 20 years of training to discover a new trick to destroying my biceps even more! Thank you Sir!

I've been really loving the v bar rows and pulldowns, they smoke my lats like crazy, and I do feel a massive stretch in them at the top.

Nice video and exercises, I like your hypertrophy philosophy in the 12-15 range and especially attention to avoiding injuries, although I am currently using the exact opposite with higher intensity training and lower reps which is also working great for me right now regarding size and strength. Just bought a home power rack about two months ago with two cable extensions, and I can do two of these three cable exercises, which is amazing. I just started doing cable work consistently really the first time in my life, and the difference in the quality of the pump is insane, and I was surprised just how many different exercises you can do with a simple cable setup where there is one close to the ground, and one above your head.
I started doing supersets and the pump is insane, also when I do a superset, I can actually pretty easily get my heart pumping at about 75-80% of my max pulse rate, which I'm pretty sure is kind of like a HIIT workout as well, so 2 in 1. The fact that the machine is in the other room really doesn't leave any room (no pun intended) for excuses, in the two months since I've bought it, I think I average about 5 or 6 workouts per week, there were are days when I do three mini workouts on it doing different stuff.

What’s your opinion on the spider curl? As I am a big fan of this exercise due to the full ROM/stretch and contraction at the top is great. Plus I feel like it eliminates any potential to use your body as your planted straight into the bench. Anyways great vid and look forward to the next 🤙🏻
I think it’s another great variant. Definitely disables the use of momentum.
Yeah I haven't done preacher curls for a bit after seeing that double tear.
An issue for the enhanced only.
Drop sets = lowering the weight and continuing
Mechanical Drop sets = ( example ) doing lateral raises to failure but instead of lowering the weight, you switch to overhead presses to continue working the shoulders with the assistance of the triceps. The overhead presses are somewhat easier in a mechanical sense. Hope that helps.❤

been working out for 10 years got issues with my left elbow where it hurts when doing bicep curls and i get pain in my right shoulder i do all the rehab stuff but no luck maybe you have any ideas? also time stamps would be awesome as im going todo these and follow along at the gym so if i got the stamps it would be awesome

Eric if all of our intensity / modalities are at their maxed, would you then try to increase weight? I believe for the most part you prefer say the 3 sets of 12 - 15 reps, so to progress you wouldn't add more sets as opposed to adding say 5 lbs more, would you?
Yeah there are many ways to increase stimuli (increase weight, increase time under tension, reduce rest time, superset, increase reps; increase sets). I usually increase time under tension, reduce rest times, and add a few reps before increasing weight
