HEY, I was told by the THAI family that I live with that ฉัน or CHAN is better to be used by females. I was told to use ผม, which I have been using for years already. And when I think about it, I can't remember the last time I heard a thai man use ฉัน in casual conversation around me.

I felt cheated for 2 things. First, they charged me before the day it was supposed to charge. I was ok back then and continued until today August 15th 2019. A moment ago, I cancelled subscription cos I just saw on website that: $10USD for Premium subscription and $23USD for Premium Plus. But WHY they charged me for $25USD for just Premium only? I would really appreciated if I could get my $15USD back for the Premium subscription. In my country $15 USD could get me breakfast (a bowl of rice with pork) 15 times, I mean $15 USD is important for me.
