I would like to have a more direct translation like: "which movie genre do you like?" Or did I get it wrong? I mean I'm no expert but for me it makes more sense that way. It's like translating a saying just by the meaning and not what they actually say. Then it seems for me like a very long vocabulary I need to learn, I may understand the meaning but I don't know what I'm saying.
