What bothers me is why do people leave the early Bunnelbys to Magikarp. Do they not know how slow its basics are
Most likely so it can build more effort gauge for Gyarados, but I agree that it is probably more beneficial to get to lane sooner for a potential early kill
@@judge91nah the people that do that do it every time they want the 2 bunnies in the front to be there’s because they are mentally deficient and don’t realize how slow it can be to leave one person to farm the first two bunnies that aren’t grouped
Waterfall feels amazing, but Dragon Breath has always been a whatever move to me, basically just being a worse version of Garchomp, Outrage, or Night Slash Meow.
That being said, Aqua Tail also needs a buff. If they just made it so you only needed to hit one Aqua Tail for the second attack, it’d genuinely be amazing. I also feel like Bounce needs to charge quicker to compete with Waterfall.

I've been playing the hell out of Gyarados. I think it's super ridiculous just like you said in the intro super fast and maneuverable and just beats down on opponents.

Idk if it's just me, but sometimes when I evolve into Gyarados, it keeps the attack speed as Magikarp.
Just want to know if it's just me or others experiencing this.
This is actually a major glitch! It gets fixed if you use dragon breath, but rn aqau tail is unplayable because of this bug
@@elijahpark5344 I mean, Aqua Tail is unplayable regardless of the bug, this bug just makes it so that picking Aqua Tail is straight trolling.
This bug is more likely to occur if you evolve into gyarados from basic attacking I believe, guaranteed from basic attacking in the air. that's from what I heard at least

little known fact for my fellow fish players out there
I am genuinely confused, what these youtubers are taking about in regards to Gyarados...
I bought it yesterday, played first few games... after I practiced a bit and learned about it's move sets etc...
like I did take time to figure it out, and I have incredibly mixed feelings
it's not the Magikarp that's bothering me, but after I evolve this 'mon seems underwhelming to me
when I start doing water tail I get stunned (thus interrupted almost 60-70% of a time)
when I use waterfall, the character movement in combat is wonky at best (like, in the heat of a battle it's incredibly easy to miss waterfall since it's so narrow attack)
and my unite move ?
well, unite is super weird, because again when you surface with all fanfare, I get KO'd incredibly fast
I mean, I understand that I need to practice and learn more, but first impressions are very, very underwhelming
I genuinely don't understand why this guy and spragles don't mention that this 'mon isn't that user friendly as they seem to portray
why ?
other 'mons like Mew were instant love for me others as well...
okay, I see what's happening
these games these youtubers present aren't master rank games (standard or below master at best) because this is not how most master games go
so yeah, probably in standard Gyarados can be a beast... but in ranked ---> master rank 60-70% of teams are actually playing very close to what competitive championship games look like

most certainly I need to get accustomed to Gyarados, I bought it yesterday...
but other issue I pointed out is that these games, including you showcase seem very far from the intensity of games I get...
I don't know, if you are master rank (or if you played Gyarados in master rank) but as I watched these games you presented and others with Gyarados... they all seem very relaxed, mellow
I don't know, if Unite has multiple servers, thus we might possibly be playing with different player base....
it's just a bit odd, because master rank games I get aren't this mellow
fighting one or two enemies at once ? very rarely (in your videos, it's opposite)
ranked I get usually resemble quite closely the tournament games, with a lot and I mean a lot of team movement resulting in constant big fights, ambushes and burst scores....
so that's why I am confused 🤔

I am not questioning his skill or his expertise, I only asked why youtubers seem to make it look as if specific pokemon is this great asset when in fact, actual experience with that pokemon can be quite different
I was also wondering if they aren't possibly paid to promote consumer spending, just a thought (might not be the case, but it wouldn't be the craziest thing we could imagine.... after all it's capitalism)

I do think it should be harder to evolve into Gyarados. No reason effort gauge should be halfway full before you even encounter an enemy. But Gyara is so fun.
