How do you do it lol, I just decided to play Tsareena a lot this season and could really use this. I was actually thinking that using rapid fire scarf could be a viable option to build up stacks with basic attacks faster, what do you think?

I think Dragapult is fine, its so squishy, enemies can literally farm back on you for come back. Dragapult is actually an auto attacker assassin (speedster). And it evolves at level 9, so punishable. Yes though sometimes it's frustrating to deal with. But nothing too crazy honestly, and given that it evolves at level 9 I don't want it to return to it's previous unplayed state, level 9 evos have to be powerful otherwise eevees would stomp over you.

I prefer flame charge + brave bird basic combo : hit anything once (1 stack) > brave bird (gives mark on landing) > normal hit (2 stack) > flame charge > enhanced basic attack to the marked pokemon > reset flame charge (attack or flee)

Dragapult gets kos the same easy way that gets knocked down in seconds and that makes it perfectly balanced...if the enemies dont know the basics and just feeding all time its not dragapults fault...and the crit rate nerf was unfair because they nerfed dragon at the same time which is a very risky move to use
