This was my second main when I first picked up Unite and it was just because I got that talonflame skin back when the game dropped, and for some reason I thought both flying moves went together well lol

I always play this build with talon.. Ace, then see situation.. You can go on attack or run with fly..
Your Snorlax absolutely cooked. Love that he is the only authentic defender in this game
When I was a beginner, I used this build and it worked wonders and I was doing well. Even though I use Flame Charge now instead of Aerial Ace, its still great. I can't wait to use it again after so long.

When i was new I played this as it had same colour , so I thought its a combo move
I’ve been using this build since the game first dropped, Flame charge just never felt like it flowed well with fly (a perfectly fine ability no doubt though) Aerial Ace always felt right as a move to click after Fly imo

I have always felt that this build was the superior assassin build. With a good mind for patience and waiting for the right time to strike, utilizing white Pokemon and aerial ace to retreat. You can really snowball an entire game. There are a lot of bad talons that use this build but when you find those amazing ones it’s this build. IMO. :)
The good talons I usually see played brave bird
I prefer flame charge + brave bird
basic combo :
hit anything once (1 stack) > brave bird (gives mark on landing) > normal hit (2 stack) > flame charge > enhanced basic attack to the marked pokemon > reset flame charge (attack or flee)

arial ace makes it easier to stick to your target due to it being fast point and click, it allows a more aggressive gamestyle,
on the other hand, it lacks some mobility
Areal ace us definitely a slept on move / build I play this as well i have like 60-70 games with this ever season

I wish i could play talon more but whenever I want to enemies always have counters or my team picks 3 attackers😕

I had to endure so much hate for this moveset and spark zeraora before it was “okay’d” by the community. It was confusing bc they’re actually great you just have to know what you’re doing
I do it with ace with brave. Proccing ace 3 times that can’t be dodged.

There is no bad build there just not good enough player a good player know how to utilize that specific "bad" build to it fullest potential
