Why? A government should adres problems, that is what we expect. We don't expect them to make a happy documentary. So if there is a problem with a certain group it gets priority when other groups have less problems, relative to. So why would you want to speak about a percentage of a group that does not have the problem.
Not every person is dealt an easy life. If you are white or black or any other color that you identify as, you control your destiny. If you do not like your living situation, then you need to do something about it. You need to dig yourself out of the hole you are in. You need to become the best person you can be. Success is not handed out freely. Most successful people are that way because they've made it their life mission to be successful. And a successful person can still live in the "ghetto". It depends on what your definition of success is. Success to some does not mean financial.

Stephanopoulos also did and egregious report where he took a video of a young murder suspect turning to run from police. As the suspect turned his hands went up momentarily from the effort to spin quickly. The suspects shirt also slid up showing a handgun in the perps waistband. As the perp ran away, looked back, and put his hand near his waistband, the police shot him. Stephanopoulos showed a freeze frame exactly as the man spun around with his hands partially up, as if that's the point where the police shot him. Completely misleading. I think criminally misleading. I personally despise the man.

Pointing out the fact that the reporter was a democrat had two funtions. It pointed at his bias, but it also made a connection to any democrat listening. He was suddenly talking directly to them about why things have been bad since before he was in office. It had nothing to do with him.
He has respected states rights and local governments. They have succeeded or failed on their own merrits.
I can't find the entire town hall video. ABC must only release the clips they assume were "gotcha" segments.
