Kara's migraine medicine made her extra emotional but she truly was so happy for you Jordan!! From her re-installing minecraft and getting whitelisted just so she could watch you win (and almost crying when she didn't think she would get in) I love watching the whole clip from her stream because she is so genuine, probably the longest reaction too

Is Kara taking a break from MCC for the moment? Just curious about why she needed to reinstall and get whitelisted, I don't follow her close enough to know.
If it's not my business, I get that though. I imagine just the medicine alone with the stress of MCC would be a LOT to deal with, let alone anything else, if she is taking a break.

TapL's reaction would have been good to add here. Just as Jordan was about to shoot the final shot, he got so excited that he pulled a cable and caused his Minecraft to freeze and mic to disconnect. So all he got was being stuck on a single frame of the arrow mid-air, about to hit Puffy. The best cliffhanger ever - the worst possible moment for his game to freeze.
Then, his Minecraft crashed. And since the viewers couldn't hear him, all they got was silent despair and disbelief.
Ah so that's what happened loll. I thought it was just an audio glitch so excluded it

what I love about this is that in mcc 15 he had to react to everyone wanting him to win only to lose badly. now he's reacting to everyone wanting him to win and watching him winning.

I just want to put out something. Kara and Jordan's friendship is one of a kind. They bicker and argue but you know they care about each other very much. You don't get that kind of connection between two people often. Watching these two since they played Apex Legends, SMP Live, SMP Earth, is comforting and I really hope we get so much more content with these two in the future. Also more IRL streams please? Those are special.
This is 100% truth. This is why ever since the smp live days there was something about Kara that I just instantly fell in love with whenever they first started playing together. I just wish tho for those who get upset easily when they friendly argue and bicker that they don’t mean anything serious, and it upsets me when Kara gets attacked constantly for things people don’t fully realize/understand. But no matter what at the end of the day it’s Kara and Jordan’s friendship nobody else’s

@lforc yeah I don’t know why the amongus vod viewers are like that. People on stream and in any of the other vods with Kara are chill. Amongus vod viewers are way more high strung and antagonistic. I just watch the vods on twitch to avoid it and read chat there instead of the stuff on CZcams comments

@lforc I think the reason among us viewers think that is bc they only see the “roughhousing” side of their friendship, since they’re messing around in-game, and as Jardon is more reserved, it can seem like Kara is just picking on him. Without any facial expressions to make the joking seem clear, it’s hard for those who only watch AmongUs to see how close they are. I think that’s what’s happening there
Seeing Scar’s reaction to the Captain’s win is so cute. But it is ok you were not as emotional as the others when you won, Captain! At that moment you were still processing of your win!
After 22 MCCs, this is the most deserved win I have seen!!! This MCC was amazing and a perfect way to finally break the curse!

It’s really funny that the Captain didn’t notice that HBomb had a red foam finger. For context, he wanted red to know that there would be someone happy if he won but considering how he commented on Scar’s red lightsaber, I thought he’d comment on that too.

Kara's reaction made me so happy. After seeing you win I actually went and loaded up both your vod and hers into a multiVod so I would watch them at the same time and the whole segment from the end of Ace Race to when they hop off call was so wholesome.

The man did it. He finally claimed that crown he rightfully owns. He didn't throw away his shot and took the most beautiful revenge in the entire MCC history. This team beat the funneling strat and ended Dream's Dodgebolt win streak, placed top in a new game, and witnessed two mega chicken swaps in one event. What an amazing MCC!

“They are probably contractually obligated to be neutral” Uh yeah no, the admins are always openly rooting for different teams, but the event runs by itself (bar the blockout) so even though they have personal biases, it wouldn’t matter

I asked my manager to go on a quick 10 minute break just to watch your stream. I checked in the MCC app and saw you were winning and saw it was the last game. I jumped on your stream so fast to watch the entire Dodgebolt. I would have almost screamed but I held my composure. After telling my manager why I had gone on break, she basically screamed, and we hugh fived and everything. I sold like $1000 in shoes that day I was so hype.
Everyone was a proud parent for the Cap. Kara was just a proud mom seeing her kid grow up. Congrats!

I'm so happy that I watched the win live, like I completely forgot MCC was that day. Randomly decided to check twitter and saw that MCC was trending; then rushed to the MCC Live points page and saw that it was already like the 6th game of the event. And dropped everything to start watching... like that was such a crazy MCC, and I didn't even watch all of it.
So basically, this is a "Reaction to the reaction to the reaction to your own first win"!
It felt really special to see this win on my 23rd birthday. So glad you finally got one!
Dear Captain... I will gladly volunteer my life to dedicate it to being your personal hype man/ roommate.
My qualifications are as follows:
1.) I am very chill. A lot like Micheal. But I can also quickly become very hyped at times when necessary. Even off stream if desired.
2.) My favorite cereal is Cap'n Crunch. Especially with berries (in case that adds any brownie points).
3.) I was once a captain. Captain of the football team to be specific.
4.) My favorite movie series is Pirates of the Caribbean. Obviously because of all of the captains.
And finally 5.) Sometimes people say that they see a sparkle in my eye. Hopefully this is a very good quality for streaming and/or CZcams videos.

To be fair, they still act fairly towards the players while running the event when it comes to fixing mistakes and such, they're just also rooting for certain teams individually at the same time.
