Honestly it was really easy. My manager was desperate for workers so I guess that’s why she made the interview quick and snappy. She asked me 3 out of the 5ish questions in this video and I answered to the best of my abilities with the answers I had written and memorized. I highly recommend following this video and taking down notes as to how your going to answer each question, it’s much better then showing up and thinking of something smart to say. @@sensfan7550 She didn’t ask me that, instead she asked me if this was my first job and I replied yes. If you have customer experience then talk about it a bit, if you don’t then simply reply that you have no prior experience as this is your first job.

Firstly they asked my availability 2. Asked me what makes me better then other candidates 3. What is your strengths 4. What is your weakness 5. What is your pet peeve 6. They asked what would I do if a customer is being rude 7. They asked me to rate myself on a scale of 1-10 for reliability and something else I can’t remember 8. And finally they asked me what do you avoid. Ik this was a strange question so I wasn’t really sure what to say. I’m pretty sure that’s all that they asked if I remember anything else then I’ll edit this post

(Mention how you skill set can be beneficial to their team) 2) You said you knew a lot about Tim Hortons, what do we do that makes us unique and successful? (Caught me off guard lol) 3) Are you working full time or part time? 4) what position are you looking for? 5) what position would you least prefer working at? 6) a customer walks in and spills a coffee on the floor and seems embarrassed, what do you do? 7) a customer walks in and doesn’t smile back at you, how do you treat him? 8) give me a time where you had to provide extra value to your team when you didn’t need to 9) you’re done working your shift at Tim Hortons and you replacement hasn’t arrived yet, what do you do? 10) mention a stressful time in your job/school that you had to face At the end they ask you if you have any questions for them, make sure to ask 1 question at least! Soo I finally got an email back, and yes, i didn’t get the job. Sikeeee i got the job and the interview was pretty straight forward and easy going, ngl I thought it was gonna be way more difficult but it turned out well. To whoever’s out there going for an interview at Tims, good luck, and number 1 rule when going for an interview is you have to be prepared. You can’t just be un prepared and expect to be hired on the spot. Don’t be shy or nervous either it’s only an interview. Good luck to you all 🤞🏽
It went great! The lady told me I would get a second interview, but she said that she will tell the lady to go ahead and hire me. The first interview I wasn’t asked any of the questions it was just to get my availability and information clear. I’m guessing they will ask me the questions in my second interview. I’m just waiting to get the call for the second one.

@@subhaanahmed6128 Honestly I think it's different depending on who's doing the interview, but mine lasted barely 10 minutes and not even half of the questions were asked. But the video definitely helped prepare me and make me less nervous, being able to anwser those questions had they been asked. The main questions I was asked were about availability and how I would deal with customers, especially rude ones. It went really well and I got the job on the spot. Though the location I applied to was majorly understaffed, so that might've had something to do with it :)
I applied and got called in to get interviewed but I’m a minor do I take my work permit with me during the interview or wait until I find out if I’m hired?
Same for me except I got an interview within 1 day, as I know the district manager where I live, and the people from my highschool normally get their work permit at the school.... Not in school right now.
