I am Swedish and my boyfriend is Russian. It is difficult for our parents to communicate since his doesn’t speak any English and mine doesn’t speak any Russian. They tried to talk a little to each other thorough Skype which was a very awkward conversation about the weather in Stockholm in Swedish and Russian were I translated back and forth 😅

I CANT RELATE!! HISPANIC 👏🏼MOMS 👏🏼 WILL 👏🏼 ASKS 👏🏼 A 👏🏼 LOT 👏🏼 OF 👏🏼 QUESTION!!! I kid you not, they don’t play at all !! They will asked all those questions but that’s bc we grew up family oriented and we want to protect our own even though we don’t “show” in a affectionate way (but this is from my expectations).
Again, Hispanic will asks a lot of questions and it’s always will be a test bc we have that machismo traditions, where the wife cooks and clean and the husband is the head of the house even though the women are the heart of the house and have the last say. As a female in a hispanic household, you’re grown up to take care of everything and whenever you go to your gf/bf’s house(who is Hispanic), you have go and pick up the dishes and wash after everyone else or help out with the cooking or being able to make conversation and be friendly and greet everyone bc it’s a test and bc of some of the custom that we grew up in

I've always said (and experienced): Eastern Europeans, including Russians, are some of the most open and honest people you will ever meet. Hence why they're often labelled with the liberal adjective: "racist". I love these people, especially those I've met thus far. Would be a pity if they start adopting the, imo, "Western liberal PC" rubbish attitude. I like this vlog. Hence: thumbs up! Cheers!
My personal experiene is the opposite and years ago i watched a documentary about U.R.S.S. and I understood why Russians were so arrogant and disliked and were hated by Easter European. I have countless testimonies of african experiences in those countries. However, I also seen a lot of interracial (Easter European + black africans) couples here in the UK. When you fall in love, you fall in love with a person not their race, country, ethnicity or family. Coz some family are toxic.....

Foos Rule there are actually very few racist people in Russia, but a black person can get that impression because people are rude here, and can stare at you for example, because most of them have never seen a black in their life, but they don't dislike you or think about you negatively, they are just surprised, and they would stare at you the same way if you were a Russian person but went outside wearing a funny outfit for example...
Something sure about Eastern Europeans as opposed to Western Europeans, is that Eastern Europeans don't have many criminals as it is with Western Europeans.
