The main reason I stopped playing this game was because of how glitchy the goal completion is. I kept running into situations where no mission criteria would ever count regardless of how perfectly I did them, and upon looking up the issue, I found it's always been broken for years. If the developers won't make the core aspect of progression work, there's no reason for me to spend any time on it.
I would love to see you make a controls tutorial for this game. I’m coming from session and skater xl and I can’t get my head around the controls in this game.
it sucks that they made every vert trick worth like double or triple the street tricks. can only do 1080’s and backflips etc the entire time to win

this is $10 on gamepass currently, iv been 50/50 with buying this for longest but for that price how could you not make the purchase.. the skateboard/bmx stuff is what drew me back to it.. just curious what are your thoughts on the game overall plus with these new things added would it def be worth the buy? does it get boring after awhile? i been waiting for skate to drop forever now and getting tired of playing skate 3 lol. sessions wasnt my thing and def not paying for skater xl when skates around the corner, im only thinking to jump on riders republic cause the price currently
The skate stuff is $25 on top of the base game. They do have a trial area for it though.
It’s worth it imo, wait for a sale and get the edition that comes with everything. Having all the content is big for me but it’s all cool. A lot of fun multiplayer stuff and the BMX/skate events are really cool

yeaa seen this is $10 now but then another 25 for the skating stuff and then i think the bmx have to pay for to? lol so by time thats all done its almost $50/60 better off just waiting for skate thats free lol. paying that much for a 2year old game is little ehh for me @@bradenallen7639

Story mode of starting in a career intro to unlocking the gears from riding the board to comparing like a Tony Hawk Project 8 and Providing Ground and Skate 3 tutorials to discovering the skate content of grinding the trick looks more realistic than Session
Session its a simulator. The tutorials can be seen in speaks of the some characters trought the story but in no moment session grabs in your hand and gently put in your skate .discover on your own This type of tutorial its very infant for me.
@@jonhyz29 It takes time to learn the basics of tricks and skating tips from the other skaters to unlocking a mission goal objective or pro skater in a different spot in Brooklyn, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and etc.

skate carreer missions are week and boring to grind. combos would have been nice if they weren't impossible. but there are only 15 mission so you might give it a chance
nightspeeds bro. you want the best skate game. so do i. this aint it . not even close. session and xl are close but missing polish . i just downloaded tony hawk 1 and 2 . its fun but too arcadey.hoping skate 4 will be it. a perfect mix of sim and arcade with polish , story mode and brands.
Omg this tutorials grab in your hand and gentily learn how to ride step by step its so overpast. I understand some people likes games more arcade vibes but this formula kinda mess to me.
As always the dialogue on this game is just cringe hahaha
I'm only playing the tutorials as I don't have the full dlc and it's still extremely fun and I genuinely do not understand why there was so much hate around it fr🤌🏻🤌🏻
