this may be a bit of a stretch , but would you be against selling the degrees per vehicle calibration? this could enable more people to achieve calibration. i for one have a brand new sensor for a kia sportage 2024 which has 0 degrees for both vertical and horizontal.
The diagnostic tool we use at the shop is called GDS it's the Kia tablet and VCI The licensing software is about 1200 US per year only works on Kia if you work on Hyundai and Genesis you need to get additional units with separate licensing software subscriptions.www.gitauto.com The blindspot measurement and alignment tool www.adasaiming.com
Great video, I have a 2015 genesis the radar wasn’t working accurately, so I decided to check the angle it was at 85 degrees, so I brought it back to 90 degrees. I used my scan tool to initiate the Alignment of the system, now it has an active dtc C1620 alignment failed. Have been driving the car for 2 days now and the dtc won’t clear. Please what do I need to do? Or do I need to drive it more. Thanks for your help.
Hi, Driving the vehicle won't clear alignment failed code. Once the calibration. is started it must be completed. You will need a triangle target to complete the Adas calibration for the front radar, Find a local shop that could perform the front radar calibration or you can purchase a triangle at Adasaiming.com and perform a calibration with your scan-tool,
