    The majority of my members found me and decided to work with me based on my own personal experience with back pain and how Pilates helped me come through that, and get my life back, as well as realising so many of the additional benefits of regular, consistent practice. This has now pushed me on in many ways beyond where I was PRE-Back Pain!
    I still have the odd flare up, but these are not regular or significant. I now lift weights with a back pain flare up and have even achieved PBs on a bad day. The old me would have been lying on the floor doing nothing but moaning!
    One of the ways in which, despite being very busy, I manage to get in my Pilates and mobility in regularly. And also how I am keeping my back (and other) issues at bay - is by ensuring I get in this regular practice before weight lifting, or anything else more intense.
    Some days I am pushed on time, or really don't want to do it. But I have made it a non negotiable that I work through this routine, or a close form of this routine, before every weight training sessions, and as an at home rest day session.
    This has been game changing.
    This video is a summary of the session and includes some pretty achievable exercises, as well as some advanced movements I now use regularly. The advanced stuff I could not have done before any of my injuries, pre back pain, age early 20s! Now at 38 I am moving and feeling better than ever.
