One Marvel Villain who I do know has some time in the Spot light mainly in the comics yet doesn't appear so much in the Shows or Cartoons. Is called

I never liked this version of Tinkerer from Marvel's Miles Morales. She has the same problem as Kikyo from InuYasha. An angry idiot who always blames our hero for her troubles rather than finding another way.
