      @@sameeknowsitall a lot of stars have spoken up. Demi Lovato revealed in her last documentary that she was sexually assaulted by a costar on a Disney set, and he didn’t receive any punishment. Alyson Stoner has spoken at length, and I’d argue that they’re the Disney equivalent of Alexa Nikolas, with their own podcast series, Dear Hollywood, although that focuses on child stardom more generally, while citing their own trauma and experiences as examples. Miley Cyrus has said she was the “least paid” among the Hannah Montana cast, even though Disney was happy to profit off her name and throw her under the bus when “scandals” about her came out, like the Vanity Fair photo shoot. The Jonas Brothers, Joe primarily, talked about the issues they had with Disney, from being creatively stifled to similarly being pressured like others to project a “clean, Christian” image, to the point where they were praised when the Vanessa Hudgens photos leaked, for not causing trouble…as if Vanessa was the one at fault for that situation. Dylan and Cole, while I believe having generally more positive experiences, parted ways with Disney poorly when the executives rejected, then tried to take credit for, a spinoff idea that would have come after “On Deck.” I believe the twins’ original vision had them exerting more creative control as well, and serving as executive producers, but the network wasn’t having it, so they walked. There are so many more stories…people are now looking back and wondering how much of what Orlando Brown said was true, even if we all thought it was originally the ravings of someone not in their right mind.

      Unfortunately, if they were to call the police then, I’m almost sure that the law would not be able to help due to stuff like the people bribing the people who work on the case, intimidation, and other things that are attempts to either keep the victims and witnesses quiet, or have the best lawyers, or just in general try to spin anything and everything in their favor. You’re blessed to have gotten justice early on, but I don’t believe that the people who came forward in the documentary and those thereafter would have gotten the same. I don't think she's Delusional I think that Dan and Nickelodeon threatened just like with so many other Nick Stars. Besides Kel Mitchell's X wife has a different story. She went to visit Kel on the set of Game Shakers and she saw Madisyn and Cree running around in their bikinis washing Dan Schneider's car. Put in mind Madisyn was 14 at the time

    As the mother of an aspiring actress who has an agent, I appreciate the way her agent looks out for her. As my daughter’s manager, I applaud my daughter’s agent for strongly insisting that I go with my daughter to all her auditions and spend time on the set. The entertainment industry is very cutthroat, dog eat dog, and a “how far will you go for fame and fortune” place, but it doesn’t always have to be bad.
    I support the victims in all of this. If it were any other workplace, the world would be up in arms about abusing children, but since it’s a world where kids get to pretend to be someone else, apparently it seems okay to dismiss their abuse and pain. Wake up people!! If it’s not okay for children to be abused in any other environment, it’s not okay in the entertainment industry!

  • @Rage03
    @Rage03 Před 2 měsíci +1

    Yes I will definitely be watching. Everyone working with children should be excessively screened before working with kids as well as the child always in the presence of a parent everywhere they go and never alone with an adult. What was Nikalodeon thinking?! I hope Nikalodeon gets cancelled for letting sh** like this happen! Makes me so angry! Should be a safe space for kids without any judgements, racism, physical and emotional abuses, and uncomfortableness. Also the way women were treated there and Nikalodeon allowed it is disgusting! Karma is coming if it hasn't already hit some of those idiots that did inexcusable acts or let it happen under there noses!

I feel so bad what they went through especially when they talk about it I’ve read Jennette McCurdy book and listen to a version of her narrating it and she calls Dan Schneider the creator and doesn’t say his name, I heard she had to do the kissing scene with Nathan kris multiple times and honestly he’s one of the most evil of people in the entertainment industry.
