- The F7F-3 Tigercat is a slightly more powerful of the standard F7F-1 that you have in the American air tech tree. Does this small increase in horsepower matter? Will it actually make a difference in a match? I test it out to see if this plane is really any good, or just the same thing as what we all see all the time.

You want to use the loadout with the magnetic mines if you use this to CAS or bomb. The mines have a lot more explosive masss than the 1000lbs bomb, while weighing the same amount. This means they penetrate more armor at a larger radius and damage bases etc. more.
It's not as much a problem for something like the F7F, but using them on level bombers and dropping them from bombing altitude? It's pretty clear the sea mines are far less accurate than actual bombs.
@@barnstormer546 Hasn't been a problem for me when using the PB4Y (for example).
"The m3 are not known to be the best cannons" the M3 cannons are regarded as one of the best 20 mils in the game. They have a good fire rate, good damage, and legendary range. I've won dogfights against ta152h's and even su11s because I've sniped them from 1.4km while they try to energy trap me. I'd gladly take the M3s over the mg151, shvak, or Hispano anyday

From the best 20 mm gun it became the worst as it made the m3 damage worst than 50 cal.
And they're back to being pretty good. Stock belts are still disappointing.
HVARs are great against AA. fired at range before the AA can adjust or correct their aim.
Just a thought/suggestion, feel free to ignore it, but i think that these videos could benefit from showing gameplay from a Air RB AND a Ground RB CAS standpoint when vehicles accommodate it. Some aircraft dont carry ordnance so sure just Air is fine for those, but seeing examples of how an aircraft performs in its bracket for CAS would also be interesting to see since this is essentially a review series, and CAS isnt just "run in, drop bombs" like it is in AIR RB going for bases.
I always felt the F7F-1 was over-ranked in BR. It's flight abilities are outperformed in every way by numerous planes lower in BR. It's only advantage seems to be in It's armament.

After watching that ju288c die, I wish they'd do something to make bomber gameplay a little bit better. I usually let them drop bombs first

Sorry but the F7F-3 is much better than the 1. It overheats far less, has better performance at higher altiudes, better handeling in vertical and horizontal manouvering and the aditional loadouts are just an insult as the 1 historically used basically the same as the F3 so there should be no difference.
I have heard with wep the premium f7f gets double the horsepower compared to techtree f7f

Its been unbelievably infuriating. People dont look at map pings normally, so now we have no way of communicating to team mates, and there have been way too many examples to reference here that lost games because of it.
So what if some people might get offended if somebody says shit about Ukraine, Russia or the Queen//King? just report them if youre that butthurt and move on, but just straight up taking away chat? does more harm than good. Clearly they didnt learn from the last time.
@@cyanide7270 you know why they didn’t learn, because we did nothing… We should have stormed gaijin forum and manage to express our thoughts on the chat ban stuff… i swear i’ve been through COD lobby chat when I was younger it was way worst and they never banned it.
@@eze3922 Thing is though, while admittedly i dont use the forums because i honestly have no use for them, everywhere else when the conflict first broke out i saw nothing BUT complaints that the chat was turned off. So much so i find it hard to believe that it wasnt a common complaint on the forums, and if it wasnt, then WTF.

@@AHappyCub I mean, youre not ENTIRELY wrong. I generally dont like the whole "git gud" or "Skill issue" meme, but if you know how to use them and can reliably hit them, that just IS skill, if you cant hit with them, you just DONT have that skill. The same can be said about bombs, some people have great success with the smaller 100kg or even 50kg bombs, landing them perfectly, but a lot of us cant. Thats just a skill issue.
That being said, like Elias said, that doesnt mean the weapon is objectively GOOD. Tiny Tims and 1000lbs are objectively good since you dont need to directly hit them for it to kill ordo critical damage, unlike HVARs.
