I swear she’s talking bout my issues with fibroids and myomectomy. And honestly 5 years later the fibroids are back and I refuse to have another myomectomy or hysterectomy like suggested to me by my gyn. I’m determined to defeat this holistically. Thank you for doing this interview.

I would not concern myself with others. Right now, the message for us. If it was meant for others to hear, they will get the message later. We, as Black People, need to stop judging and look at things in a different perspective and focus less on our neighbors and worry about ourselves. Because there are not the amount of views you think it should be does not mean the message is not shared. Personally m I will share this information with family, friends and coworkers. That is more important than the amount of views. Trust me, these doctors and coaches are more concern about the educational aspect than how many people are watching The Breakfast Club. Knowledge can come from books too, not just videos. I am sure these educators have written something by now.

I have it and it hurts like hell!! I scream to high heavens and I am also at the ER. I feel like I am going to pass out and go into shock. I shake so bad from the pain. The pain is on my right side from my head to my feet it's in my nerves. I have had every surgery except hysterectomy I am only 28! I have 3 kids. I bleed bad too (I did for 1 year straight at one point) and I wish this on no one I feel like I am DYING!!! I need your help Coach Gessie. I went vegan and I feel like giving up now I can't live like this. Every doctor I went to said I need a hysterectomy. They never talked about my diet ever they just want money.

I needed to see this because I have been on the Detox 30 but i've been cheating on my meals like crazy. I just binged on hella candy and ice cream this morning. And like I should, I always feel guilty afterwards like "I didn't have to do that". Being on the Detox, my cramping is barely there now, and the fibroid in my lower right abdomen is barely visible now. It's been like a double edge sword for me because the progress i've seen makes me want to stay on the wagon, but it also makes me feel like I can get away with cheat meals. It's been hard trying to go cold turkey for this meal plan because this is a life long addiction to junk food I've got to break. I have cravings SO bad sometimes, junk food is all I can think about. The pain, discomfort, and inconvenience was a good motivator to keep me focused. But I need to remind myself of the bigger picture...and how I do not want/can't afford to have surgery.

My periods never been that bad only when I was a teenager and after I got on birth control I didn't get My period for years and when I got off birth control I got diagnosed with pcos and now my periods are normal and not heavy but it's still hard for me to have kids
