Work Flow | Milesto Elaine M3 Espresso Machine | EM19 M3

  • Milesto Elaine M3 is a dual boiler set up. It has a larger brew boiler and a smaller steam boiler connected to the thermal block which produces the steam.
Anyway for a budget of SG$800 and below, it will be quite hard to find any machine to beat its price and functionality.
A heat exchanger will cost easily SG$1900 to SG$2600. A dual boiler will cost even more.
This is a very interesting machine and the finishing is good for its price tag.

I'm not sure this machine and the em19m2 "irina" have the exact same steaming element inside? I'm eyeing for the m2 and wonder if the steam power is good enough. My expectation is very close to the heat-exchange machine... I need high power steaming.

I don't think you need a larger pitcher maybe you are just frothing the milk in favour of the filming angle, just be square to the steam wand it will be fine
