Nice video, CY. it seems the steam wand might benefit from reconfiguring to clear the brew head. I would hope some shop in the US would test out and import these nice machinas in the future.
My pick now is the Gemilai and this for my small business i'm planning to do. My concern is how long does it take to heat up the water and how well does it stand to make 10-15 coffee back to back?
Hi CY. nice video on em19m3 workflow. I just received mine and still experimenting. I noticed 2 thing during brewing and need your expert view. 1. while brewing the pressure indicator went all the way to full scale in red mark zone. what is the normal range of indication? what that full scale indication tell us? 2. I notice the water flowing out into the tray behind the panel. I saw it happened also in your video. is that normal or is something wrong it shouldn't happen?Thanks...
First thing first. Thank you for supporting my channel! For the brew pressure gauge, if it shows the indicator going to the red zone, you are grinding too fine. Try to grind coarser. The water that back flow into the drip is perfectly normal. The machine has a 3 way solenoid valve which purge the extra steam pressure into the drip tray so that the pressure can be relieved.
Hi CY, first time seeing your video and loving it. I also owned the EM19M3 and I also like your 3D printed steam lever. By any chance you are selling it or can share the stl file?

yeah but it is working fine I think!
Is it possible to change the shower head and basket to IMS?
Yes it's possible.
It’s pressure gauge doesn’t have numbers. How do you read it? Where is the 9 bar? Thanks~
You can see the colour zone. I believe should.br green to yellow.
