I'm glad Quagmire didn't get a show. The character is hilarious and a big part of that is the innuendo but that can only go so far. A lot of his character is how mysterious he is. Most of his worst deeds aren't explicitly stated such as when the griffins use his cabin and one of the chairs prepares peter for a visit with him.

I Group the idea of a Quagmire show and The Cleveland Show with the likes of The Patrick Star Show and Planet Sheen
They're both awful because they took a character who's primarily comic relief and tried to make them a protagonist. Trying to develop someone known for being a funny distraction never works, because it forces them to be something aside from what made them good in the first place
