Hi Gina. Made your meatloaf last night and my husband flipped over it. I made the meatloaf along with your best macaroni and cheese ever. He said it was the best cheese and macaroni he ever had. A friend tipped me off that she always uses poultry seasoning in her meatloaf. I tried it and it is amazing! I have always thyme, which is an underused herb, and garlic of course, usually in the form of garlic powder. I also have put carrots and celery, grated daikon, grated turnip, chopped radishes, shredded cabbage, grated broccoli stems, grated cabbage cores, etc. in my meatloaf. I make meatloaf when I am cleaning out old veggies from my fridge!

My daughter and I were just talking about meatloaf for dinner. Instead I made sausage with peppers and onions over goya rice and beans and goya yellow rice. I say both because one of my girls like the rice and beans and the other likes the yellow rice

Yes! I put ketchup only real thick and let it go back in the over for 10 to 20 minutes when it looks like the ketchup has cooked! Delicious! The next day makes an 🤩 awesome meatloaf 🥪 sandwiches!😁😊🙏🏿❤️
