Many of exercises are for people who already have strong abdominal muscles. It’s not a great idea for beginners to start with these, as they might not do them correctly.
A beginner can do less and slower. When you get stronger you can do more and more and finally all the way round, I think.
Leg raises and exercises that require you keep your back the mat are pretty advanced. You may not be able to keep your back on the mat and that can course injuries. But some of the exercises can be done slower without risk of injury.
@@koalabear1 can you please point out which of the rounds are you talking about being injurious?
Jackknife would be hard ( to do correctly)for beginners, v sit-ups are good for abs but not good for your back, cross-toe touch would also be hard on beginners, you don’t actually have to come that close to the ground(with your feet),because then it’s just your hip flexors you work out. So you could moderate the exercises a bit to suit beginners better.
