Are those new jobs based on/applicants selected by race like the United plan to have 50 percent of new hire pilots based on race and gender(s)? I don't know the breakdown of races in pilot license holders but the FAA shows only about 6.5% of all US pilots are females. I don't know if that means traditional females or the new kinds.
