The way it builds up nocturne coming after and stops you from entering the door felt like it was trying to set up a small boss fight but no, they just made him stand there.. Doing nothing but guard the door like some sort of puppy. Its honestly such a wasted oppurtunity. Him just standing there for the entire time you walk over to the alternate path instead of just chasing is extremely underwhelming. What a waste of good boss fight potential.. It had to be good but was ruined quickly.

It’s crazy to think that nightfall might have been what nocture is or the other way around. I mean if you look closely at nightfalls face than look at the nocturne they actually almost resemble eachother

@@Ulysses-mc3dz Those gunshots might have happened at a different time prior to or after the beginning of Story Mode. But this does beg the question. Why was Nightfall starring at the cabin in the distance and watching all of us in the first place. Are Nightfall & Nocturne connected to the Deep Night? Or are they different entities since Nocturne is stated to not be a deep night manifestation like the other slashers (Miers, Commander, Exterminator, Murderer, etc.)
