If you're heading out to Haunted Hills MTB Park, stop by at Maryvale Pines MTB park which is just 12minutes away. It is near Haunted Hills Bike Park but it offers a very different experience. Being in a pine plantation, it is very similar to Mystic Mountain MTB park in Bright, Victoria.
This Maryvale Pines MTB guide shows how progressive the trails here are, everyone in different skill levels will definitely have fun riding here. One thing it is not though is techy trails with full downhill MTB descents, the bike park is fairly flat in elevation, but that also makes it easier to pedal in between trails. Maryvale Pines MTB has notable trails with wall rides, wooden berms, table tops, and gap jumps.
We stayed at Big4 in Traralgon, in Gippsland Victoria over the school holiday long weekend, which is just a short 5-minute drive to the trailhead.

Awesome work on the Woodstock drop, too đ¤ the step up on Top Gun has freaked me out the first few times but itâs doable with the speed you gain beforehand. Great video and commentary - love that you talked through your fears as you tried the harder sections! Thereâs another awesome trail network called Somewhere Good not far away from there, and it has some amazing wooden bridges and berms Iâve never seen anywhere else (edit: looks like youâve been there already haha!)

Yeah Christian! It was such a great time in there, given it's been raining a lot lately, the trails held up really well. The dirt rides just like Shred Kelly's Last Stand.
