I disagree that nihilism is going to drive people to do harmful things just because they can. I think if given the chance to cause extreme harm to people with no reward or repercussions people would not do it unless they already had a desire to hurt people. Nihilism does not give this desire to hurt people it gives an opinion how the earth works.
