If I have a strong case for an offer in terms of expenses vs income but then my income increases during the OIC process, or I move to another city or country, will that significantly decrease the chances of my OIC getting accepted?

Sir, in filing out the form 656 for an OIC, in Section 7 it asks for the amount of "Current monthly taxes". Can you please tell me what that means? I don't pay any monthly taxes, so thus far, it's the only thing about the form that I don't understand. Thank you!
