I'm a huge Deadpool fan, and this is one of the best "Deadpool Vs" mini series! The whole thing where Punisher has a bag full of Deadpool masks to swap out each time he put a bullet in Wade's head is pure genius.
"He's an entrepreneur who dresses like the ghost of Christmas future!" is the most apt description of Taskmaster I've ever heard

When is the Back Issues on Force Works?
This really should be a movie. I know it never will be, but it really should be. I mean the story seems so tight, you don't even have to cut anything out.
Van lente did a taskmaster mini series a few years ago called taskmaster: unthinkable. It's OOP but if you can find it's a must read. It has humour but a very touching element that makes taskmaster a sympathetic character if you can believe it. Great work as always guys, I never miss a video :)

I've never wanted to buy a Deadpool book till you guys did Spider-Man/ Deadpool, and that was as great as advertised. And now I'm gonna buy this. Super excited!
I could picture Deadpool teasing jigsaw about his face until jigsaw starts to cry to himself when he's alone. discovering only later that Deadpool face is also rubbish.
There's an issue where Deadpool, Elektra, Ghost Rider and Agent Venom are all in the Thunderbolts led by Red Hulk (they all have a red and black theme so Venom just colours his logo at will). Venom peace's out and Frank turns on the team.
He neutralizes Deadpool by cutting him into bits and locking each in unbreakable Vibranium canisters. His head and Frank have a hilarious heart to heart talk.
The coolest is how he takes down Ghost Rider- he finds out he needs a holy or unholy forged weapon, goes on an epic quest for a fabled holy sword and then discovers in combat it's a fake. So he fucks up the Rider with his own chains...

Van Lente wrote the Taskmaster miniseries. Don of the Dead appears in it and the imposed images of characters appearing over Taskmaster are from that as well.

I enjoyed Punisher/Doctor Strange: Magic Bullets WAY more than this book. Not saying I didn't like it, just didn't enjoy it as much.

Marvel had a bunch of random jokes/references to BVS during this tome though. I have a Domino one shot from around this time in Marvel with a conversation between two goons and one of them says he couldn't bring himself to kill a dude because his mother was named Martha as well.
How is Deadpool not a problem in the Marvel Universe (beside Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe)

I just noticed the Question/O'Neil bit 48:00 in. I'm pretty sure that happens at the end of the first or second issue of that Question run, where Vic gets shot and is badly injured (falls into some cold water, Batman's involved at some point, I think; it's been a while since I read the run, I don't remember it all)
I like the idea that, among all his other catalogued skills, Taskmaster is secretly a Bronze-medal level swimmer.

Really entertaining series
it does date the book but the martha moment got another laugh out loud moment from me on this third watch and let's just be honest, that moment deserves the mockery...hell that whole BVS catastrophe deserves the mockery. as in the rlm half in the bag review, "martha's his mommy's name!"
