Welcome to this week's episode.
Come along with us on an amazing whale & dolphin trip, just off the coast of Pico Island. The Azores are one of the top places to visit these wonderful creatures, in their own habitat.
This area of the North Atlantic has the most varieties of cetaceans anywhere on the planet, they either live or migrate through here.
Expat friends of ours chartered the boat and invited us to come along, it was a beautiful day out in the ocean.

What a day that was out there, eh? When they are right there in front of you, you can't help but to be full of wonderment and awe at such playful and beautiful creatures. Those times when it seemed like they were as curious about you as you were about them, those were memorable moments, and I am truly privileged to have shared them with you guys. 🙏💙

What a perfect day. The seas were calm. The dolphins are so intelligent. How long do the tours usually last? Wouldn't it be awesome to live on there and be able to see whales from the window of your house? Great video. Thanks for bringing us along.

Hello again C & L!! We'll be in Pico 23-25th Nov. Is it still worth a Whale/Dolphin tour? We're in Ponta Delgada from the 16-21st Nov, not sure if that's better? I understand Pico is the best but not sure the time of year is good. Any FB would be wonderful. Thank you!
